Engagement
Rules

We take our witness to the world as ambassadors of Christ seriously! As you interact with Way Table Worship and it's participants through our website and social media sites, there are certain rules of engagement that we adhere to. By interacting with Way Table Worship, Way Table Micro Church Network, any of the Way Table Micro Church Network's micro church affiliates or any of it's  participants or members, you agree to the following rules of engagement:

  1. Christ-Centered Community - Our focus is to glorify Jesus Christ in all we do. Keep conversations edifying, Christ-honoring, and grounded in Scripture.

  2. Respect & Unity - We come from different backgrounds and denominations, but we are united in Christ. Speak in love, avoid divisive debates, and always extend grace to one another.

  3. Encouragement Over Criticism - Share feedback with humility and kindness. Constructive input is welcome, but harsh or unkind critiques will not be tolerated.

  4. Keep It Relevant - Posts should relate to worship, music ministry, singing, songwriting, and spiritual encouragement. Off-topic content may be removed.

  5. No Self-Promotion Without Purpose - You may share your music, events, or ministry projects, but only when it’s relevant and with the heart to bless or equip others. Avoid spammy or self-centered promotion.

  6. Protect the Sacred - Please don’t share group discussions, videos, or materials outside the group without permission. This is a safe space to grow and share openly.

  7. Prayer & Support Are Welcome - Need prayer? Facing burnout? You’re not alone. We encourage prayer requests and support as we lift one another up in love.

  8. No Hate Speech or Offensive Content - Bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate language of any kind will result in immediate removal.

  9. Lead with Servant Hearts - Whether you're new to ministry or a seasoned leader, let’s all serve one another with humility, remembering that worship leadership is about pointing others to Jesus—not ourselves.

  10. Moderators Have Final Say - Admins and moderators reserve the right to remove posts or members that violate these rules to keep the group healthy and Christ-centered.
